Processes

Oxyfuel cutting or Flame cutting

Oxy-acetylene is widely used because of the flexibility of the process and excellent cut properties. It is mainly used for materials exceeding 15 mm thick.

We supply:

• Oxygen – a range of cylinder sizes and packages and bulk supply for large fabrication operations.
• Acetylene – the premier fuel gas choice giving the best cut quality, higher cutting speed, faster cut initiation times and reduced oxygen use compared to other fuel gases.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is mainly used with metals up to a thickness of 30mm where high precision and high productivity is needed.

We supply:

• Laser assist and lasing gases – for all types of industrial lasers.
• Optimised gas installations and equipment - to meet all flowrate and pressure needs.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting delivers excellent cut properties and high productivity with almost any metal up to 80 mm thick. We can advise you on the most appropriate cutting gas for the thickness and material to be cut.
